Summer ebike rides end in style
Yesterday’s final Sunday ebike ride of the summer was a great way to finish the season.
With three new participants joining is for the 25 mile trip into the South Leicestershire countryside, we were very lucky with the weather. A one day window of mild dry weather allowed us to complete the route dry – we even had time for a quick pint of Director’s at the Cock in Peatling Magna.
Our return could not have been better times, beating sunset by about 15 minutes.
Many thanks to all who have taken part this summer. That is probably the last ride until spring, when the days start getting longer, unless we get a spot of really nice weather during the winter. If we do … watch this space!
