The De Montfort University Cycle to Work Scheme opens in 2014, using Cycleplus

The cycle to work scheme ‘window’ will be the following dates:
6 – 31 January 2014
17 March – 11 April 2014
2 – 27 June 2014

The DMU Cycleplus scheme allows you to buy any bicycle or electric bike through Ebike Centres on Granby Street in Leicester city centre, plus safety equipment, up to a value of £1000. You then repay the cost without interest directly through your salary. Since the repayment comes from your gross salary you save on tax and national insurance – effectively saving between 32% and 42% on the cost of your bike.
